"Living Through Grief After 60" is designed to help seniors age 60 and over (and younger) work through grief issues. Although grief is associated with a death of a loved one, or a pet, grief can be manifest in lifestyle changes such as retirement, empty nest syndrome, and chronic illness. Disenfranchised, anticipatory, non-death, and secondary grief are among the types of grief that will also be covered. It is hoped that the reader can find a nugget of information to help deal with grief issues they are experiencing at a given time.
